Grades for the regular Summer I semester will be available at each of PJC’s three locations in Paris, Greenville or Sulphur Springs. Please visit the location convenient to you to receive a printed copy of your unofficial transcript; official transcripts are available at the Paris campus. To make a payment, contact the Business Office at 903.782.0232.

Please use the following credentials:

Username = 213006115     Student ID (with NO slashes/dashes/spaces/etc.

Password = 02011994     Birthdate in mmddyyyy format



To access your Dragon Mail

Beginning with the Fall, 2015 semester, Paris Junior College will send all communications and information to the student's DragonMail e-mail account.  This will be the only e-mail used for College contacts.

The PJC Information Technology department will create your DragonMail account based on the student's name, student identification number, and birthdate.  If you can not log in with your username and password like the samples shown below, please contact the IT Help Desk at to ensure your account is working properly.  Students WILL NOT be able to create their own DragonMail account.

To use your e-mail, from the web-page, click on "Current Students" then click on DragonMail to activate your e-mail account.  Your email will be in the form of

Your username is your first initial, last name, and the first four digits of your PJC student ID number, and the password is eight digits of your birthdate. For example, student "Barbara Jones" with a student ID number of "857400123" and March 6, 1995 birthdate would have the following email address and and 03061995.

Another example would be Eileen Cornell-West with student ID 123400567 and born Aug. 3, 1986. The email would be, with the password of 08031986.


Once your e-mail account is activated, you can use your e-mail through the web page or you can use the browser of your choice and go to  Once there, use your username and password to log on to your e-mail account.  You can choose to change your password from the default.  

If you are a new student or your name/student ID have changed, it can take 1 or 2 days before your account is activated.  The Information Technology Department will get your account information added as quickly as possible.


Once the tasks have been completed and you are ready to close your session, click your account name (in the upper right corner) then click sign out.
